On March 10, 2010, the Centralized Inspection Point at ICD Tân Cảng - Long Bình officially commenced operations according to Decision 206/QD-TCHQ of the General Department of Customs, Ministry of Finance. This event marked an increase in high-quality services provided to customers, facilitating customs clearance of import-export goods as well as creating a perfect connection between the port system and ICDs of Tan Cang Saigon Corporation.
The Centralized Inspection Point has a total area of nearly 30,000 m2, including an inspection facility with an elevated floor system, well-ventilated, creating favorable conditions for container truck clearance, allowing over 100 container trucks to be inspected simultaneously. Moreover, together with a professional workforce with high discipline combined with full and modern loading/unloading equipment and tools.
