In cases where goods are brought from inland into a bonded warehouse and the export declaration requires inspection, is it possible to request inspection at the bonded warehouse Customs? And is it necessary to seal the goods during transportation to the bonded warehouse for inspection? What documents are required for the inspection request?

Domestic companies can purchase goods from foreign companies that have goods stored in a bonded warehouse in Vietnam and only need to complete the ownership transfer procedures within the bonded warehouse (without opening an import customs declaration). Afterwards, the domestic company can sell the goods to other domestic companies or export them to other foreign partners. How will import tax, VAT and other tax procedures (if any) be carried out? And at which stage?

Công ty chúng tôi đã nhập máy móc tạo TSCĐ. Nhập theo lọai hình nhập đầu tư nộp thuế. Giờ công ty chúng tôi không sử dụng các loại máy đó nữa, công ty chúng tôi muốn bán cho công ty khác tại nước ngoài. Trên Giấy đăng ký kinh doanh cty chúng tôi không có ngành nghề buôn bán máy móc. Vậy công ty chúng tôi có được bán máy đó không. Và khi bán chúng tôi làm thủ tục hải quan theo loại hình nào?

Đối với mặt hàng xuất khẩu .Giá tính thuế là theo giá FOB hay theo giá CIF như trên hợp đồng? Nếu theo giá CIF thì công ty có được hoàn thuế của phí vận tải và bảo hiểm ko? VD: giá CIF = giá FOB(50usd) + phí vận tải(10usd) + phí bảo hiểm (1usd)= 61usd nếu trị giá tính thuế là 61usd thì tôi có được hoàn lại ((10+1)* thuế xuất khẩu)phần tiền này ko? Và làm cách nào để được hoàn tiền lại?
