Response: Based on customs procedures for goods brought from inland into bonded warehouses as stipulated in Article 55 of Circular 194/2010/TT-BTC dated December 6, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance, there is no provision for the case mentioned by the Company. Therefore, the case as mentioned by the Company is not permitted. (source: dncustoms.gov.vn)
