- 14/06/2007: According to Decision No. 481/QD – TM of the General Staff regarding the General Department of Defense Industry handing over approximately 80 hectares of land used for national defense purposes and the barracks on the land to Saigon Naval Port / Navy to manage and use in Long Binh ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai province.
- 07/08/2007: According to Decision No. 1473/QD-TC-QC of the General Director of Tan Cang Sai Gon Corporation on the establishment of the Management Board for the ICD Long Binh construction investment project.
- 12/2007: Established ICD Tan Cang – Long Binh Joint Stock Company.
- 27/07/2009: According to Decision No. 1794/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on the establishment of a customs clearance location for the inland container depot in Dong Nai.
- 06/08/2009: Inaugurated ICD Tan Cang – Long Binh Joint Stock Company.
- 15/09/2009: According to Decision No. 1815/QD-TCHQ of the General Director of General Department of Customs on the establishment of a bonded warehouse.
- 10/3/2010: Inaugurated the Centralized Inspection Point.
- 24/12/2010: Established Thanh Long Forwarding Joint Stock Company – a member company of ICD Tan Cang – Long Binh, under business registration certificate No: 3602427771.
- 17/10/2013: Inaugurated Vietnam's most modern container scanning system at the inspection yard of ICD Tan Cang - Long Binh.
- 04/2018: Constructed and completed 4 new warehouses, raising the total number of operational warehouses to 30, with a total area of nearly 500,000 m2
